They had made several previous attempts to get integrations off the ground with customers, but without success. There were a variety of issues, both internally and externally, that kept the project from becoming a reality.

Developing an internal solution proved too much of a drain on resources, and due to the costs involved, would have necessitated passing on a significant expense to the customer — something they wanted to avoid.

“Ultimately, we simply didn’t have the time or firepower within our team to achieve the functionality we needed,” continues Chris. “Having consulted with another ServiceNow partner, we were directed towards ShareLogic and its Unifi tool. After seeing a demo of Unifi in action, we were convinced that it was the integrations solution we’d been searching for.”
