Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and materials.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our integration solutions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on client needs and market demands.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Must have 5+ years in ServiceNow sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Knowledge of integration technologies and experience selling ServiceNow Store applications is a plus.
  • Highly driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team working directly with the founders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving tangible outcomes.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
