As a Junior Implementation Consultant at ShareLogic, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing complex integrations between ServiceNow and various third-party systems.

• Design, develop, and implement integrations to establish seamless communication between ServiceNow and external systems using the ShareLogic Unifi integration platform.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and develop solutions.
• Develop technical specifications, design documents, and test plans for integrations.
• Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripts to support eBonding integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ServiceNow Developers, Administrators, and Project Managers, to ensure successful integration implementations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, functionalities, and industry trends related to eBonding.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or a web development/software engineering background.
• Experience with integration methodologies and technologies, including SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, and other integration protocols.
• Proficient in JavaScript, minimum 2 years experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow a plus.
• Experience in testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, and Jasmine a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
